Recruiting Manager View Bio

Holly is based in our Lake Mary office and works alongside our People Team to hire the fantastic people that make accesso such a great place to work! She has over 6 years of experience in Recruiting and Human Resources and began her career at accesso in 2016 as an Intern, quickly evolving into a full-cycle Recruiter. Holly has since rejoined the People team in 2021 as a Senior Recruiter, and now leads the team as the Recruiting Manager. Her passion, ambition, and compassion connect team members, department managers, and executive leadership in unity towards clear goals.

When Holly isn’t recruiting, she’s usually snuggling her three furry children (2 cats, and 1 fluff ball dog), or picking up a new hobby like making customized cookies, or golfing with her husband (who also works for accesso!)


Senior Technical Recruiter View Bio

Victoria is a Talent Acquisition professional with 6 years of agency recruiting experience and 2 years of experience as a Career Coach at UCF (GO KNIGHTS!). She joined the People Team in December 2019 and is thrilled to help facilitate the one-of-a-kind culture here at accesso – especially because that’s what she fell in love with during her own interview process. In her free time, she likes to chase after her two daughters, read thrillers (have you read Verity or The Wives?!) and support her alma mater, UCF! Victoria brightens any room with her effervescent personality, and enthusiasm to find the best of the best talent!


Corporate Recruiter View Bio

Caity was born and raised in Georgia, where she still lives with her family. She is the newest member of the recruiting team and joined in April of 2022! Her background is in Project Management and Recruiting made her a perfect fit for the team, as she has a love for meeting people! She’s an extrovert at heart, but still appreciates unwinding with some her favorite shows like This is Us” or The Office”. In her free-time she enjoys going to the lake, grilling out by the pool, and catering to her garden where she is currently growing strawberries, watermelon, tomatoes, cucumbers, zucchini, carrots, and onions!


Talent Sourcer View Bio

Caitlin is a Florida native and UCF alumni who loves living the Sunshine State lifestyle. She comes to us with a background in elementary education, where she had the chance to use her natural ability to connect with others and help them grow. When she’s not helping our team scout out potential candidates, you can find her at the beach, in the theme parks, or spending time with her family. Caitlin loves people, and that’s why she loves her job at accesso – because she gets to help connect talented individuals with the perfect opportunity for them to thrive.


Talent Attraction Associate View Bio

Alex is situated in the Sunshine State, where she is committed to enjoying as much of that sunshine as possible. She joined accesso as a coordinator in 2019, but quickly become immersed in supporting the team’s recruitment marketing efforts. In 2022, Alex began her new role as Talent Attraction Associate where she’s honored to have the opportunity to craft the creative strategy behind showcasing accesso’s fun and collaborative culture to the outside world. In her free-time Alex is often experimenting with new recipes and ingredients. Otherwise you can usually find her outside in the garden, exploring her new love of powerlifting, enjoying the beautiful beaches and parks in the area, or obsessing over her feline fur babies that she is determined to leash train someday.

Congrats on taking such a big step in your career! We know waiting to hear back can be stressful, so we’ll try to move things along as quickly as we can. Typically, we update our candidates within 2 weeks of applying, but if for some reason we haven’t, please don’t hesitate to email us at [email protected].

Depending on the position, we do have technical candidates take a quick assessment. We try to limit these assessments to no more than 1 hour. We use HackerRank to conduct these assessments, but don’t worry - we aren’t looking for perfection! The way you get to your answers is sometimes more important than the answer itself, so just do your best.
