Meet Juansa: Bringing Even More Energy to accesso’s International Commercial Team!
We are pleased to welcome Juansa Molina to the accesso team! With his strong background in ticketing, live events and digital transformation, Juansa will focus on connecting with partners and clients in the UK and Southern Europe.
In his new role as Sales Director, Southern Europe and UK, Juansa will identify opportunities where our technology can support better guest experiences and you will find him representing us at trade events across Europe.
A Passion for Ticketing Technology
Always ready to share the possibilities our solutions have to support and enhance attraction venue operations, Juansa’s passion for ticketing tech and the potential positive impact it can bring to increase revenue, and to support the attraction operation team is clear.
He loves nothing more than thinking beyond the obvious to find solutions that work for each unique client.
From Barcelona to London
A native of Barcelona, with a growing career in music artist management and live event promotion, Juansa first made his way to London for a weekend trip when he fell in love with the city. Fast-forward six months, and he had relocated, was both studying online and working - in the role which became his start in the exciting world of event ticketing.
“That role was phenomenal. I learnt about conversion rates; international ticketing sales; the constant trial and error of business – it was fascinating. I feel fortunate to have had this role – and I signed 10 football clubs,” Juansa remembers fondly.
Exploring the Tech Side of Ticketing
Working his way up through the company, Juansa was faced with the option to relocate to New York or Switzerland. He followed his heart to stay in London. But fate confirmed he had made the right decision when his next career opportunity came along.
“I learnt about the other side of the business there – the technology. It was challenging and fascinating. I didn’t realise how competitive the ticketing industry was.”
And in this role, Juansa achieved one of his proudest career moments, signing his beloved FC Barcelona as a client.
Proud Career Highlights
“The contract I’m most proud of securing saw us work with a world-famous attraction which had an extraordinarily complex tender with specific functionalities. I did lots of research and worked with the three suppliers who would feed into the solution to create a new, bespoke eco-system to push data to each other, and in turn, push notifications automatically.”
Ultimately, this project delivered not just a corporate technical solution, but a whole new way of working – and a vision for the future.

Looking Ahead
Looking ahead, Juansa is most excited about growing brand awareness in Europe:
“In my interviews with the team, I felt there was a connection and a shared vision: Evolving technology in an industry I love.”
Life Beyond the Office
Away from his working day, Juansa is just as active. An avid road cyclist, he heads out on his bike after work and can often be found leading groups of his fellow 166 Velo Cycling Club members along the roads of central London, through Greenwich, and out into the English countryside to Kent and back for several hours.
And for less strenuous ways to unwind? When he’s not following FC Barcelona’s matches, there’s an emphasis on fun, with Secret Cinema live events being his favourite. “I’ve been to lots of their events. Secret Cinema build a whole world. You are given a character role to step into, right down to their clothes! My favourite was being a prison inmate for the Shawshank Redemption theme, where I was put on trial in front of a judge!”
