Logan Airport is running a pilot program to let travelers skip security lines
Reporter Samantha Subin of The Boston Globe shared news today of accesso's partnership with Logan International Airport. The airport is participating in an eight-week pilot program to utilize accesso's virtual queuing system in TSA lines at Terminal B.
Travelers will be able to virtually "check in" to security using their mobile device and follow a countdown until it is time for them to enter the line.
Kwang Chen, Chief Information Officer at the Massachusetts Port Authority commented "The TSA line creates stress for many travelers, so our goal for this pilot program is to see if a virtual queue improves the customer experience by helping to reduce some of that stress while traveling.”
