George came to accesso over seven years ago from an extensive background working in the arts and attraction market at Ticketmaster VISTA. He has a specialized understanding of the needs of cultural institutions and the best solutions for this unique market. George holds a degree in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University. Altogether he has over 20 years of experience selling technology solutions to a wide range of visitor-based attractions.
With extensive experience in the hospitality/tourism industry, Colby has worked in sales at many attractions and hotels including Busch Gardens, Kings Dominion, Nauticus and Battleship Wisconsin, and Hornblower Cruises and Events. In her spare time, you’ll find her spending time outside hiking with her Pomeranian Grizzly, biking, kayaking, working out, relaxing on the beach with friends, and traveling and exploring new places.
Phil started skiing as a college student in Vermont when he realized the winters would be really long if he didn’t! By his third year, he was molding his class schedule in it. After graduation, he moved to Lake Tahoe where he worked in the industry for several years before joining the accesso team in 2015. He is a big fan of powder days in the trees, backcountry, and skiing with friends.
Wendi is an experienced technology sales professional with over 20 years of experience in the online ticketing software and data management industry. Wendi joined the accesso team in 2010 and brings a proven record of success in working with clients in a consultative role to implement innovative solutions that drive profitable growth. Wendi has personally managed the accounts of several premier Performing Arts Centers, top Fairs, Festivals and City owned facilities, and is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara.
Since 2017, Josh Klein has handled ticketing software new business sales for accesso. He has ticketing industry experience both as a box office manager for professional sports and theatrical organizations as well as on the vendor side with Ticketmaster, OvationTix, Vendini, Glitnir and serving as a consultant with TicketNetwork and other industry-related organizations. Independently, Josh started two ticketing-related businesses, one as an accesso ShoWare user, before having them both acquired by other companies. Josh is an active member of the Consortium of Eastern Regional Theatres (ConsERT).
Having served with accesso® since 2018, Jack carries over 20 years of sales and management experience spanning a variety of regions internationally. At accesso, he spends most of his time meeting operators from theme parks and entertainment venues to showcase the benefits of robust, contactless ticketing and virtual queuing technology.
Amanda joined accesso in June of 2019. She is an experienced Sales Executive with over 8 years of Sales, Business Development, and Account Management experience in the technology and recruiting industries. She has a proven track record of strong communication skills, going above and beyond for the customers, and driving results. Additionally, she is passionate about working cross-functionally to ensure teams deliver new growth and customer success.
Amanda has her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida.
